- The items purchased from the seller are explicitly identified as not returnable.
- The product will only be replaced if in case there is validated proof of the damaged product. The return request will be initiated post confirmation of the product being damaged. Once the order is received by the seller the replacement product will be dispatched.
- Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page on the site.
- Exchange will be processed only if:
1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
3.the product is returned in its original condition.
- Intimation of change of product has to be intimated within 24 hours of the product being received by the customer. We only offer replacement; we do not offer any refunds or any type of credit.
- Once the order has been placed the cancellation process cannot be initiated. Refund of any kind will not be provided after the order confirmation.
- If the customer fails to receive the delivery of the product in the first attempt and opts for future delivery the additional charges have to be paid by the customer( 600 INR).
Terms & Conditions:
- All exchange Services have to be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Each product can only be exchanged once.
- Shipping costs in case of future delivery of the product will be charged extra in case of exchanges.
- All services bought for discounted prices are final - we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on discounted sale of Services.
- If the exchange complies with our exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the Service for a Service of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If the order is returned to the seller due to the non availability of the customer, for retrial delivery the shipping charge has to be paid by the customer for the reattempt of the delivery.
- If the order is returned due to the non availability of the customer, the product is not applicable for return and refund. The customer can request for delivery of same product by paying the shipping charge for the particular delivery process.
